Princeton Ballet School offers many performance opportunities to its students. As the official school of the American Repertory Ballet, students have the opportunity to audition to perform with the company in its annual production of The Nutcracker in theaters throughout New Jersey. There are also frequent occasions for students to appear with the professional company in other ballets. At the end of the school year, students may participate in a school production of a classical ballet. Rehearsals are held outside the regular class, allowing students to continue learning throughout the year, and also to have a better understanding of the process of putting together a ballet production.

Watch for auditions for ARB's 2012 Nutcracker in September. Rehearsals start in October and Performances will run from November 23-December 16, 2012 in venues across the state of New Jersey.
Each Spring, Princeton Ballet School produces a classical ballet. These performances give the students the opportunity to present a full-length classical ballet at a local theatre. Swan Lake, Coppélia, and Sleeping Beauty, are amongst the past ballets performed. This year's performance will be Don Quixote where dancers in Children's Ballet 1 and up perform. The performance will take place May 5, 2012 at Patriots Theater at the War Memorial in Trenton. Please download a complete Don Quixote 2012 information and registration packet, if you're interested in participating.
